What types of wellness classes are available?
We offer a wide range of rotating classes including yoga, meditation, expressive movement, vocal expression, reclaiming ease with somatics, introduction to family constellations, flower essences, nutrition, mindful discipline and empowered parenting and so much more! New classes are added regularly.
How do I sign up for a class?
Simply create an account on our platform, browse through available classes, and register for the ones that interest you. You’ll receive a confirmation email and reminders before the class starts.
What is the cost of the classes?
We offer a tiered price scale ranging from $35-$45 for drop in classes and $199-$220 for memberships. The higher price point is our community supported rate allowing for those in more need to access learning, practices and support. We will never ask your financial status and this is a pay what feels aligned model.
Do I need any special equipment for the classes?
Most classes don’t require special equipment other than a zoom account. However, for movement and yoga classes, we recommend having a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water. Specific equipment needs will be mentioned in the class description.
Can I attend a class live or are they pre-recorded?
Our platform offers virtual live classes! As we grow and build our community there may be pop up and live class options. We will let you know when that becomes available! At this time nothing is prerecorded other than our instructor intros available on demand.
What if I miss my class?
If a class is missed, a member would be charged accordingly if they don’t show up for a class or appointment. If a member has unlimited credits as part of their membership, we charge the member $20 as a no show fee and in case of limited credits, we charge the booking credit.
* We do understand that emergencies come up so please reach out if you have missed your class due to an emergency.
Can I track my progress?
At this time we don’t have an option to log achievements, but we are collecting data to show the efficacy of our wellness model through our health questionnaires. We will collect some information when you first begin with us, then collect this same information monthly. This allows us to track overall progress. So, kind of! But not one that can be logged. We recommend journals and tracking for this! (suggestion of app?) Can I interact with the instructor during the class?
Yes, live classes are designed to build connection and community and definitely foster interaction. It is not required, but highly encouraged. You can ask questions through the chat feature or unmute yourself, depending on the specific class. Instructors will inform you of this information at the start of class.
Do you offer one-on-one sessions with instructors?
All instructors have their own individual offerings not through The Space. To work with any of our instructors and facilitators check their personalized bios where you will find links to their own websites, offerings, availability and rates.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
You can cancel or reschedule your class as long as you do so within the cancellation policy. Generally, we require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I contact customer support?
You can contact our customer support team via email, call, or the “Contact Us” form on our website. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Are the classes accessible for beginners?
Yes! All of our classes are designed for all levels as they are primarily introductions and samplings of different wellness practices. There is safety and support here in trying new practices.
Can I join classes from anywhere in the world?
Yes, and we encourage it as we are trying to build a global wellness community! Our instructors are from all over the world as well: across the United States, Canada, Spain, Australia! As long as you have internet access, you can join our classes from anywhere in the world. Make sure to check class times and time zones as classes are on EST.
Is there a community or social aspect to the platform?
Not to the platform but we do have a Facebook group where you can connect with other community members, share your journey, and participate in wellness challenges and feel support outside of classes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription by reaching out to the support team.
Are the instructors and facilitators certified?
Yes, all our instructors and facilitators are certified professionals with expertise in their respective fields. You can view their certifications, experience, and their own individual offerings on their profile page.
Can I access the content after my membership ends?
Once your membership ends, access to classes and content will be restricted. However, you can always renew your subscription to regain access.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment details through your account settings. Look for the “Billing Information” section.
Is my personal data secure on the platform?
Yes, we take data security seriously. We use encryption and adhere to privacy laws to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.
